As a certified Executive Coach with over 10 years of coaching, professional development, and facilitation experience, Jaci Jeffrey is driven by a desire to inspire, empower and remove barriers for leaders so they can increase their awareness and reach higher potential. She believes that all people want to be valued, that leadership begins with self-leadership, and that in each ascending level of leadership there is a different set of skills, values and time management that need to be realized and applied. Jaci takes pride in helping leaders create a new reality through self-awareness, overcoming limiting beliefs and challenging them to take steps outside their comfort zone.
